| Power Trip is a story
of a nation in transition, a former Soviet republic engaged in a
struggle with the past and the present as it tries to build a
future. Directed by youthful American indie filmmaker Paul Devlin
(SlamNation), Power Trip’s title has many meanings as an American
power company purchases Georgia’s recently privatized electric
facilities, sparking a political and cultural struggle. Power Trip
won two awards at the Berlin Film Festival. |
